Quick Wins: Real Use Cases
- Message Count Indicators – Quickly see how many messages sit in each category, including new or unread conversations, so admins know what needs attention at a glance.
- Donor Sponsorship Count in Table View – Quickly see how many sponsorships each donor has, directly from the Donors table, without opening individual profiles, making reviews and audits faster and more efficient.
- Expanded Duplicate Record Filters – All donor system fields are now available when filtering duplicate records, giving admins more precision and control when reviewing and merging donor profiles.
- Show All Donor & Recipient Fields in Sponsorships – When viewing sponsorships with “All” selected, you can now see every donor and recipient form field at once; no need to switch programs to access the full data set.
- Show Recipient Bio on Sponsorship Pages – Display a recipient’s bio directly beneath their photo and name on the sponsorship page, giving donors deeper context without requiring them to open the full profile.
- “Powered by HYS” Banner Display – A new banner now highlights that your sponsorship platform is powered by HelpYouSponsor, giving visitors clarity on the trusted solution behind your program.
